We didn't take any embarrassing pictures, but Brendon made the J.V. tennis team at his High School (number 1 or 2 singles). He was invited to play in an invitational tournament with the Varsity team over the weekend and he played number 3 singles. His first match was really hard against a senior, but he won his second match 6-0, 6-2. Way to go Brendon! He gets his first Varsity letter as a freshman.

Lauren went off to another Bat Mitvah on Saturday for her friend, Tori. They bused the kids to the fancy DuPont hotel in Delaware. She had a blast and didn't get home until about 2 a.m. Dean and I waited patiently for her cell phones calls to keep us updated on her arrival. She passed the test with flying colors and we were excited to hear about all the fun they had. Thank goodness for cell phones. Here's a couple of pictures of Lauren before she took off. She looks old enough to drive - yikes!

You're 12?

We found a lump on Laker's chest back in December, so we decided to have it removed last week since it got bigger. Good news is that it was benign. We were so thankful! Here's a couple of pretty pictures of his staples. We caught him licking his incision, so it looks worse even now. He now wears t-shirts that we tie on his back - he's very stylish and also warm!
